By purchasing a poster on the site www.lannoncemusicale.fr you accept the general conditions of sale set out here. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
We only sell original posters, no reproductions.
1. Rates
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding processing and shipping costs.
All prices may be modified without notification from us, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order entry, subject to their availability.
Buying a work does not in any way include the purchase of the rights associated with it.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros
The products remain the property of L' Affiche Musicale until full payment of the price.
In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable for any order shipped outside the European Union.
These rights and sums are not the responsibility of L' Affiche Musicale.
They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and/or bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
2. Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. In this context, indications on the availability of products are provided to you when placing your order. When a product is no longer available, it is displayed as SOLD OUT or EXHAUSTED
The information on the site is provided for information only (simultaneous orders or stock error).
In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will notify you by email or telephone. Your order will be automatically canceled and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.

In the event of an obvious error between the characteristics of the product and its representation and/or the conditions of sale, L' Affiche Musicale cannot be held liable.
The Musical Poster can not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood, fire.
The Musical Poster will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of the present, operating loss, loss of profit, damages or costs.
6. Applicable law & Disputes
This agreement is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts of Paris/France will have sole jurisdiction.

In accordance with the data-processing law and freedoms of January 6, 1978, you have a right of access and rectification to the personal data concerning you. You just need to send us an email.
