That year, Megadeth released their iconic album 'Youthanasia', which is pronounced the same as 'euthanasia', a pun involving a society that euthanizes its youth. The poster takes up the visual of the album cover which represents an old woman hanging babies on an endless clothesline. The concept of this work is directly inspired by a line of the lyrics of the title song.
