This original vintage poster of Sapho is a historic witness to music!
Printed in 1983, the poster promotes "Barbarie", the fifth album by the Franco-Moroccan singer.

This opus is characterized by a sophisticated French song with North African influences and by texts committed or typical of the life of the "Branches" of the early 1980s.
During this period, Sapho was part of the first formation of La Bande à Basile (we hear her in La Chenille, among others) and collaborated with the group Odeurs for a disco parody cover of Dominique de Soeur Sourire. She presents herself with a face made up in white, and bristling white locks on her head, a hairstyle which she later abandons.

Printed by SE Lalande - Courbet Wissous, this poster is an original vintage copy in excellent condition, it has never been glued and has been very well preserved.

Dimensions: 117x 78 cm / 46.1 x 30.7in
Design: Jose Ferre
