This original Stray Cats vintage poster is a real gem of our cultural heritage!
It announces the concert of the American rockabilly group, September 24, 1983 at the Palace, Paris.
This concert, lively and brilliant, was very exciting. In a hall like the Palace (the concert was initially programmed at Balard) and in front of a more restricted but passionate audience, the charisma of Brian Setzer expressed itself wonderfully. The Cats proposed that evening, a perfect mix of their three albums, sprinkled with some unreleased and classics.
It was an enjoyable pleasure to see them jumping in all directions, combining their technique (Brian Stezer is an excellent guitarist, all categories combined) and a festive sense of spectacle, in the purest fifties spirit.
