“For me, 'Au Coeur De La Nuit' is linked to New York. It was a very dark city at the time, rough, quite dangerous. We lived at night and you can hear it… we went out to CB's, we soaked up a lot of the underground atmosphere and the rock scene, that of Patti Smith and the Ramones.
