This original vintage poster by Tonton David is a real gem of our cultural heritage!
It announces the concert of the French reggae artist, on April 30, 1992 at La Cigale.

A year earlier, the raggamuffin had made its debut on TV thanks to the title "Peuples du monde", composed by Supa John and programmed by Christian Moore. The very young singer takes up a maxim by Marcus Garvey and translates it into French for its catchy chorus. With its Jamaican flow, but in French, the very unifying title represents France black white beur of the cities and the disillusioned youth. The simplistic but effective clip is directed by Mathieu Kassovitz. Tonton also invites some friends like Nuttea and MC Solaar...

Printed by Autographe, this poster is an original vintage copy in excellent condition, it has never been glued and has been very well preserved.

Dimensions: 100 x 66cm.
